- Hi,
-
- I'm a student who has had extensive experience in the languages of COBOL,
- Pascal, Modula2, some C++, and have a limited 'working' knowledge of
- assembler. Recently I bought a copy of microsoft Visual C++ 1:0 at
- aassembler. I now wish to learn this language to a degree of
- usability and understanding, I have used Visual Basic, but can see the
- limitations of this language and have no wish to pursue it further.. I would appretiate
- any recommendations of books, and reading material at Web sites, that will
- introduce me to the language and teach me easy, moving onto difficult
- programming.
-
- If you can help me out, please email me.. any help is gratefully appretiated
- (could you please include prices of books etc (UK Sterling if possible))
-
- Many Thanks for you time
-
- Regards
- James Willans.
